Weight Loss Management Program and IV Hydration
1. medical screening exam ($149)
Our tried and true Semaglutide/Tirzepitide program starts when you speak with our Provider and complete a tele-health screening exam to ensure it is appropriate to start this medication. Our Provider will support you with a comprehensive consultation regarding your weight loss goals, medical problems, surgical history, current list of medications, and allergies.
2. semaglutide delivered to your home ($899)
Once our physician has reviewed lab work and you are approved to start, Semaglutide will be shipped to your home in approximately 3-7 days. We require a CBC/CMP/TSH panel before initiation of treatment. The first vial will last you 8-10 weeks. Additional vials will last approximately 6 weeks.
2. tirzepitide delivered to your home ($599)
Once our physician has reviewed lab work and you are approved to start, Tirzepitide will be shipped to your home in approximately 3-7 days. We do require a CBC/CMP/TSH panel before initiation of treatment. The first vial will last you approx six weeks, then as your dose increases, you will need to be reorder monthly monthly.

what happens if i can't self inject?
Don't worry, a lot of people have a fear of needles! We have a full team of RN's prepared to administer your injection (as often as 1x weekly) in the comfort of your home. *Added fees apply.
